Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa 2019

https://www.tagaloglang.com/buwan-ng-wika-2019/

REFLECTION

MY REFLECTION

https://images.app.goo.gl/AYyHvMUzaiTC4r7W8
Discovering some hidden things, experiencing different kinds of obstacles, and learning new things made my grade 10 student life a more interesting one.
During my first quarter in our subject ICT, I encountered a lot of interesting things. Such as the history of internet, pioneers, and how to post blogs. Making blogs and posting them online for the first time is hard, but at the same time it was very exciting. It was very nice that I have encountered a lot of interesting things. It helped me a lot in improving myself.
Studying is not all about encountering interesting things. I also encountered a lot of challenges that made me a stronger student. Right after class, I need to do my home works and projects. I am challenged by time pressure. Sometimes, I am doing my projects until midnight. Sometimes, I felt sleepy during class.
I address this challenges by the help of my parents, teachers, classmates, friends, and specially by the help of God. Without them, I can do nothing. Without them, I don’t know if I were able to passed this challenges.
Moving on, I will do my best to improve myself on making blogs and posting them before the deadline. I will consider the challenges that I have encountered as an inspiration. Those blogs will be my inspiration to continue to study hard.

Insight about National Disaster Resilience Month “Kahandaan sa Sakuna’t Peligro Para sa Tunay na Pagbabago”

DISASTER? I don't care. I'm prepared.

National disaster resilience month is formerly called National Disaster Consciousness Month, the celebration was renamed to NDRM through and Executive Order No. 29 issued by President Rodrigo Duterte on June 28, 2017. This year’s NDRM celebration carries the theme: “Kahandaan sa sakuna’t Pe;igro para sa tunay na pagbabago”. Disaster can strike anytime and anywhere. We don’t know when or where a disaster occur. So we must be prepared anytime.

Being prepared can reduce fear, anxiety, and losses that disasters may accompany. We can also reduce the impact of disaster and avoid danger. When disaster strikes, we should be ready to evacuate and seek for a more safety public shelters and prepare the basic medical needs. Disaster disrupts a million of lives every year. Water, food, first aid supplies, clothing, bedding and sanitation supplies, tools, and special items were the six basic needs we must prepare at all times.

Being prepared is the key to avoid damages from disasters. We must live a long life. Don’t let disasters end our beautiful lives. Let’s all survive from the damages of disasters.
